Notes on Reservation

• Wire pull and Die Shear Tester is part of the Wire Bonder and should be available to reserve.
• Plasma Chamber does not require reservations. Assumption is that usage will be a short time prior to wire bonding or die attach. For experiment which will take longer than 15minutes, contact Protofab staff.
• Ovens do not require reservation. They can be shared as long as cure profile matches your application.
• UV cure systems are part of Manual Assembly Station and can be reserved through that portal.
• Fluid dispense systems are part of Manual Assembly Station and can be reserved through that portal.
