Plasma Chamber does not require reservations. Assumption is that usage will be a short time prior to wire bonding or die attach. For experiment which will take longer than 15minutes, contact Protofab staff.
Wire pull and Die Shear Tester is part of the Wire Bonder and should be available to reserve.
Ovens do not require reservation. They can be shared as long as cure profile matches your application.
UV cure systems are part of Manual Assembly Station and can be reserved through that portal.
Fluid dispense systems are part of Manual Assembly Station and can be reserved through that portal.
