About

These stations are setup for high-precision alignment and bonding of components manually. There are 3 manual assembly stations that can be used as visual inspection as well. One is equipped with camera (coupled to microscope) to project the view on a monitor for training or demo purposes.

• Stereozoom Microscope: For visual inspection and component alignment.
  • Leica S7 E (Assembly #1)
  • Leica S6 E (Assembly #2)
  • Nikon SMZ 2T (Assembly #3, Training/demo)
  • Leica SZ4 (Inspection/Assembly backup)
• Epoxy Dispenser: For controlled application of UV/heat curable adhesives.
• UV Curing Light: For rapid "tacking" or permanent bonding of components.
