About
These stations are setup for high-precision alignment and bonding of components manually. There are 3 manual assembly stations that can be used as visual inspection as well. One is equipped with camera (coupled to microscope) to project the view on a monitor for training or demo purposes.
Setups
- Stereozoom Microscope: For visual inspection and component alignment.
- Leica S7 E (Assembly #1)
- Leica S6 E (assembly #2)
- Nikon SMZ 2T (training/demo)
- Leica SZ4 (Inspection/Assembly backup)
- Epoxy Dispenser: For controlled application of UV/heat curable adhesives.
- UV Curing Light: For rapid "tacking" or permanent bonding of components.
