Tool usage, parameters, issues—everything goes in the log. No exceptions.

2. Never “just try something.”

This isn’t a kitchen. Random tweaks = ruined wafers + pissed-off users.

3. Respect the tool more than your timeline.

Rushing = contamination, downtime, and everyone hates you.

4. Clean as if the next user is your boss.

Because sometimes they are.

5. Don’t touch anything you weren’t trained on.

Confidence ≠ qualification.

6. Label everything. Then label it again.

Unlabeled samples = trash. No detective work.

7. If it looks wrong, stop. Immediately.

We fix problems early, not after a $10k mistake.

8. Cross-contamination is a career-limiting move.

Know your materials. Know your process class.

9. Booking time ≠ owning the tool.

If you’re late, you lose your slot. No drama.

10. Always assume the last user messed something up. Verify before running.
