About
The Yamato DKN series are line of forced convection constant temperature drying ovens designed for high-precision heating and drying applications. The DKN402 has 90L (3.2 cu ft) capacity vs DKN602 which has 150L (5.3 cu ft) capacity. Both models have side cable port as well as top exhaust ports which can be used as cable ports too. This is useful for routing multiple bias or control cables for burin-in or reliability test in batches.
Application
The DKN series is primarily used for:
- Industrial Processing: Heat treatment (curing) of various material within a temperature up to 260°C.
- Product Testing: Constant temperature experiments requiring precise thermal control such as "High Temperature Storage" or "Burn-In".
System Overview
The oven operates using a PID microcomputer control system to regulate heater output for maximum stability.
Operation Modes:
- Fixed Temperature
- Quick Auto Stop
- Auto Stop
- Auto Start
- Program Operation (up to 30 steps)
